Diane’s Salad with Gorgonzola


  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup light oil
  • 2 heaping tbsp Chef Howald’s All “N” One Seasoning
  • 2 oz to 4 oz of Gorgonzola cheese
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until cheese is in small pieces. Serve over romaine lettuce and top with lightly toasted pecans.
