Ingredients:
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup light oil
- 2 heaping tbsp Chef Howald’s All “N” One Seasoning
- 2 oz to 4 oz of Gorgonzola cheese
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until cheese is in small pieces. Serve over romaine lettuce and top with lightly toasted pecans.
