- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup light oil
- 2 heaping tbsp Chef Howald’s All “N” One Seasoning
- 2 oz to 4 oz of Gorgonzola cheese
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until cheese is in small pieces. Serve over romaine lettuce and top with lightly toasted pecans.
A favorite salad dressing recipe based on Chef Howald’s All “N” One Seasoning.
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Chef Howald’s All “N” One Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 tbsp salad oil (Canola)
Mix sugar, Chef Howald’s, and garlic powder. Add vinegar and shake well. Add water and whisk in salad oil. Shake well before using. Do not refrigerate. We love to serve this as a chopped salad. We use chopped iceberg lettuce, copped bacon, chopped tomatoes, chopped walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. We often add chopped chicken and make it a full meal.
